1. How to subscribe
Send an email to listproc@lists.utah.edu with a message body:
subscribe MBPC [your name]
This information must be in one line. If you can not write them in one line. Example:
subscribe MBPC Ye Zhang
You will receive and email asking for confirmation, simply reply it, then you are all set.

2. How to unsubscribe
Send an email to listproc@lists.utah.edu with a message body:
unsubscribe MBPC

3. How to receive a digest, instead of every single message
Send an email to listproc@lists.utah.edu with a message body:
set MBPC digest

Using Outlook to send subscribing email might no work according to my test. Web-based works fine. Anyway, if you have trouble signing up, email me, and I will put you into the system manually.

All corresponding emails are achieved. They can be found http://www.lists.utah.edu/guest/archives/MBPC/. I was told by lists administrator that space is limited. Just don't abuse it.
